Raising the bar on executive keynotes with the AWS ExecLeaders 2024 event series

Building on the tremendous success of the AWS ExecLeaders 2023, Willis Collaborative returned in 2024 to help elevate the program further—enhancing storytelling and creative execution to engage senior executives worldwide. With an ambitious schedule of 23 global events, five more than the previous year, the 2024 series demanded fresh thinking, innovative visuals, and a narrative that captured the essence of profound industry transformation.

The central theme for 2024, “A New Era for Leadership”, was designed to resonate deeply with senior executives navigating a period of unprecedented change, comparable only to the scale of the first Industrial Revolution. The narrative invited participants to reimagine possibilities, boldly experiment, and propel their businesses forward by thinking big and acting decisively.

Collaborating closely once again with AWS’s Enterprise Strategy team, a group of experienced former CIOs, CTOs, and senior executives, we adapted this powerful theme across all keynote content and customer keynote segments. Our creative team raised the visual stakes by transforming AWS’s original 2D brand assets into dynamic, high-impact 3D visuals. This approach allowed for the production of compelling motion graphics used for walk-in experiences and in-show elements, bringing heightened energy and sophistication to each event.

Our hallmark white-glove service continued to set the standard at the five premier tier one events—Paris, Sydney, London, New York, and Pelican Hill. We provided customized, hands-on support for customer keynote speakers, including thorough interviews to inform their content, precise narrative scripting, and bespoke slide designs.

The response in 2024 exceeded even the high expectations set the previous year. AWS stakeholders and senior customer executives consistently expressed appreciation for the seamless experience and exceptional content quality, and again the ExecLeaders program surpassed its pipeline goals, raising the bar further and cementing its position as a vital platform for strategic customer relationships.
