In 2023, AWS’s Enterprise Marketing team embarked on an ambitious journey to scale their successful executive engagement program globally. Having piloted the initiative the previous year, AWS aimed to deepen relationships with senior stakeholders from their most strategic customers. The goal was to deliver an impactful, cohesive keynote program across a series of global events, each uniquely resonant but consistently world-class.
Partnering closely with AWS’s Enterprise Strategy team—a group comprising seasoned former CIOs, CTOs, and industry executives—we took the theme of “Breaking Barriers” and threaded it seamlessly throughout the keynote narrative. This collaboration ensured that the content resonated authentically, addressing the strategic priorities and leadership challenges faced by executive audiences around the world.
Our involvement extended beyond narrative development. We created core creative assets designed to amplify the “Breaking Barriers” theme visually and conceptually, ensuring clarity, consistency, and sophistication across 18 events globally. Special attention was given to four marquee tier one events in Paris, Sydney, London, and New York, and two smaller yet equally important events in Austin and Pelican Hill, where our team provided an exceptional white-glove service. We worked directly with executive-level customer speakers to carefully craft their individual keynote segments.
For each customer speaker, our team conducted personalized interviews, developed compelling narrative scripts, designed visually polished slides, and facilitated multiple rounds of review and rehearsals. This meticulous approach culminated in onsite event support, ensuring each executive delivered their messages with confidence, clarity, and maximum impact.
The results spoke volumes. AWS stakeholders and customer participants alike praised the exceptional quality and ease of the process. By consistently delivering an elevated keynote experience, the ExecLeaders program surpassed its strategic engagement and pipeline goals, cementing its importance and paving the way for continued growth into 2024.
